The camping site is completely screened from the road. So we have no problems with neighbors and local residents also experience no problems from us.
Party-room, 24/24 Coffee Corner and toilets / showers are all on the rally field boundaries
as well as the sleeping pavilion

  Prices for the rally:
55,- € for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) 2 nights including 2 breakfasts, Belgian fries & snacks on Friday and BBQ on Saturday
40,- € for 1 night stay including breakfast and 1 x BBQ on Saturday
20,- € for 1 day ticket Friday or Saturday acces to accommodation; breakfast not included
If you have booked a bed, increase the amount with 5 € / night

In exceptional cases can be allowed that some guests have to arrive on Thursday. This can only be granted if requested in advance by mail (info@yccb.be). There is no dinner scheduled on Thursday evening. Price for these:
65,- € for the whole weekend, 3 nights including 3 breakfasts, Belgian fries & snacks on Friday and BBQ on Saturday

  Subscribe & payments:
Only members of YCC-related clubs.
Members of not related clubs to a call received an invitation can also sign up for the rally: No invitation is no guarantee for a acces to the rally.
Sign up for the rally should be happened no later than Sunday, May 9: not logged is no guarantee for a ticket to the rally

  Clearly indicate at registration:
1° Your name and First name
2° Your email address (preferably not hotmail)
3° Nationality
4° How long you stay (1 day = BBQ + single ride-out, 2 days = Saturday and Sunday or 1 night,
      3 days = Friday to Sunday or 2 nights)
5° Which club you are and if any chapter member
6° How many you get, single or duo (in case of duo in "Your message" enter the name of the duo)
         *Delegates who wish to sign up for an entire chapter or club, please mail us
7° Payment in advance or at the gate
8° In case of arrival on Thursday, also listed under "Your message"

Members of not YCC related clubs have to transferred the full amount in advance no later than Friday, May 7
For payment at the gate is 10, - € extra settled.
